• In discussing sax players using effects, we completely failed to mention our friend, Dana Colley (past guest, and sax player for Morphine), who also plays a lot of sax w/ effects... sometimes multiple sax at once, and discussed it with us in Episode 14 - Morphine (Pt. 2)!

• Bill re: Dear Mr. Fantasy: “The rhythm changes are actually much more interesting than I realized. It starts in half time feel and then goes to regular feel and at times the back beat is flipped over to the 1 and 3 and goes back and forth to half time and a regular backbeat. And the tempo picks up when the shakers come in and does go to a straight quartet note stomp in the coda (with an a)”
